" Cast" your Name and phone # in the fish bowl and once a month we’ll “fish” for the

“Catch of the Month”

If your name is drawn, we’ll come to your school and present your
classroom with PIZZA and MONEY towards school supplies.

You’ll get all the credit for winning your classroom the pizza and money, in other words, you’ll be the “STAR” fish and we’ll feel
reel proud that you’re our patient!
