	Stacie Bracewell (Treatment Coordinator/Director of First Impressions). My award winning smile came from this very office. Which makes it very comfortable for me to welcome new patients and make them feel right at home in our office! I start by giving you a tour of our office where you get to see the operatory and meet some more of our friendly staff. Once you feel at home in our office, I will take diagnostic photos and x-rays that will assist the doctor in making a thorough diagnosis of any orthodontic conditions present. From there we will go into Braces 101 where I will answer all your questions and concerns. It makes me so happy to be able to be part of a team that makes smiles that last a lifetime! When I am not at the office I love to spend time with my precious little girl, biking and doing anything outdoors!
	Patti Pastori (Scheduling Coordinator/Marketing) I am one of the first people our patients talk to when they call our office so I always have a “smile” in my voice! I also greet patients when they come into our office, schedule their appointments and answer any questions they may have. During the ten years I have been with this office I have met so many wonderful families. It is very rewarding to see how the beautiful smiles we create can strengthen a patient’s confidence and self-esteem. I also help to plan and organize our office contests and theme weeks, visit general dentists offices and update our Facebook page. Our team is very family oriented and likes to have fun; it is rewarding to hear our patient’s and their families say they enjoy coming into our office.I’ve been married for over 30 years and my husband and I have 3 fabulous sons. We also have 2 dogs, Lucy and Cole that keep us busy. I enjoy walking and biking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
	Marti Habegger (Financial / Insurance Coordinator) I have been with this orthodontic team since 1993 and I have the opportunity to greet each of you, as I assist Patti at the front desk. Also, I help patients with the processing of insurance and financial arrangements. I feel blessed to be a part of such a talented caring team! We are family oriented and enjoy finding ways to make your visits fun, as we work together to create beautiful smiles. Having experienced braces first hand as well as going through it with two daughters, I know how having a great smile can raise a child or adult’s self-esteem. I never get tired of seeing that transformation take place!When I’m not at the office I enjoy music, hiking, biking, watching HGTV, and volunteering at church. But most of all, I love spending quality time with my husband, our 2 daughters and their husbands, and our precious grandchildren.
	Tracey Coleman (Clinical Coordinator) My name is Tracey I am the Clinical Coordinator for our office. My goal is to make sure that each patient is seen in a timely manner, as well as assisting the doctor and other team members in completing the treatment required. I also strive to maintain and order prescribed appliances, equipment and other clinical supplies essential to maintaining our quality of treatment.Orthodontics has been my only profession. I graduated with an Associates Degree in Dental Laboratory Technology, too many years ago to mention. Finding my niche in the Orthodontic Profession has been challenging and rewarding. My goal is to continue to help our patients achieve and maintain a wonderful healthy smile.As a single parent, it is very important to me to spend time with my sons and other family and friends. I enjoy volunteering at my church, playing volleyball, being outside, and watching football. Go Pack Go!!!!!
	Ingrid (Orthodontic Assistant/Marketing Coordinator)I joined this orthodontic team in May of 2000 as a clinical assistant. For me this was a career change, yet I knew the office well as all three of my children were treated here. I have truly loved working with this warm, caring team and our very special patients. Both young and older, I love getting to know and build relationships with them from the first appointment when I help put on their braces to seeing their new smiles when I take their braces off. For many, their new smiles can be life changing. In addition to my job as clinical assistant, I am marketing coordinator, a job I share with my coworker Patti. The doctor and our entire team love to have fun at work and we would like patients to have the same. I help plan contests and special events for them, their parents and the entire community as a whole. We strive to make orthodontics fun and exciting for all who walk through our doors.I have been married for 30 years to my husband Steve and together we have three wonderful children. In my free time I love to sail, bike and garden around the house.
	Andrea Hedlund Giannios (Othodontontic Assistant/Website Coordinator) I joined the smile team in September 2011. I am fairly new to orthodontics but I have been in dentistry for 25 years. My education is in nursing and dental hygiene. I love working with our patients on a one to one basis, to obtain accurate records and to assure the best care possible for their treatment. I like to see the change in their smiles when their treatment is complete. My goal is to be as helpful as possible to our team, to our patients and their families in order to make the treatment process a pleasant experience for all. I have been with my husband, Ted Giannios, for 20 years. We have three wonderful children, one dog and two cats. We love to spend time together as a family. I am the youngest of a family of eight children, Aunt to many so I'm used to working with children. I enjoy spending time with my extended family fishing and boating. In my free time I like to go for long walks with the dog, skiing, and skating with the kids.
	Megan Savage (Sterilization Assistant/Facebook Coordinator) I am one of the newer members of the smile team, however my face is not new to the practice. My million dollar smile was created here! I really enjoy making the patients feel comfortable and ensuring that it is a fun experience because I know firsthand that it was beneficial to my orthodontic treatment. I am the sterilization QUEEN! I also assist everyone in preparation for the upcoming patient. I check patient's retainers and I help out with marketing for the practice; such as with our Facebook Page. I enjoy hanging around with my friends and family shopping, eating and watching football. I am a HUGE CHICAGO BEARS FAN…I bleed blue and orange…BEAR DOWN!
